Shady Acres Mobile Home Park has been a cornerstone of Meadville living for over three decades. We're not just a place to park a home — we're a neighborhood where people know each other by name, where kids ride bikes down the lane, and where the lawn is always greener because we take care of it together.
Whether you're looking to downsize, start fresh, or simply find a community that feels like home, we'd love to welcome you. Our lots are spacious, the surroundings are peaceful, and the price is right.
We've thoughtfully equipped Shady Acres with the amenities that make daily living easier and more pleasant.
Gated entry and well-lit pathways give you peace of mind, day or night.
Join a community that looks out for one another. Potlucks, holidays, and good times are part of the rhythm here.
Close to shopping, medical facilities, and major highways — quiet enough to relax, close enough to get anywhere.
Regular landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping keep the park looking its best year-round.
Plenty of room for vehicles, boats, trailers, and RVs. No crowding, no stress.
Quality community living at a price that makes sense. No hidden fees, just straightforward, fair rent.
